An agency founded on the principles of change

We’re here to help businesses and organisations change things for good. We want to create a world where more businesses are inspired to go further to drive positive change, as part of our brand promise to make a positive impact on people.

We primarily work with public and third sector organisations on campaigns designed to make everyday lives better, safer, healthier and more fulfilling. Our experience is broad, and our appetite for change relentless. If you share our desire to make a positive impact on people, we’d love to talk to you.

We were founded in 2013 on the principles of change. Changing the way agencies can work, to better support their people. Changing the value clients can expect to receive from their agency partner. All while delivering effective creative thinking that leads to short-term action and long-term change. We hold ourselves to high standards.

By working with – or generating – solid insight based on proven human behaviours and biases, we tell stories that can be held to account against measurable, realistic KPIs. We work best with clients that share our values and push us hard on results – and in turn, we’ll push them hard on thinking differently to achieve them.

Memberships and accreditations

Our commitment to effectiveness and delivering change is reflected in our membership of the IPA, and we are an approved Crown Commercial Service framework supplier. Every Storycatcher has undergone training with behavioural scientist Richard Shotton to help us leverage human biases and proven principles of behavioural science to create strategies that change behaviour.
