The ‘Keeping businesses moving’ strategy is designed to support Mercedes-Benz’s mission to really focus on the added value delivered with every van. Every aspect of their offering, from the investment in R&D to the outstanding round the clock aftersales support, is designed to maximise uptime and keep businesses (and indeed the nation) moving.

Doing this also helps move the conversation away from forecourt price and towards a greater understanding of lifetime value. There’s a reason why many cash-strapped NHS Trusts buy Sprinter ambulances. It’s the same reason why the most successful food and parcel delivery companies choose Mercedes-Benz vans – because when it comes to lifetime value, Mercedes-Benz Vans outperform the rest.

The story was strong. We helped them express and structure it in a brand messaging house, communicate it in a brand book and design guideline document – and now we’re deploying it, across all channels. From their new brand TV ad to their Dealer marketing materials and eCRM. From their annual customer networking event, Van Experience LIVE, to pop up retail outlets. Our networked model means we can plug into all sorts of specialisms to deliver a consistent brand experience across all channels.
